Village Square Shopping Center

Village Square Shopping Center

Columbus, OH
Completed 1989

The Village Square Shopping Center was essentially 80,000 square feet of neglected specialty neighborhood shopping surrounded by a thriving new neighborhood in Dublin, Ohio. Dublin is part of a Jack Nicklaus golf-course community that hosts the PGA Memorial Tournament every year. The objective was to reposition the shopping center through improved management, marketing, re-merchandising, and minor enhancements to generate more traffic and provide the neighborhood with better retail options.

Exterior enhancements included an improved color scheme, signage, landscaping, awnings, and a parking lot reconfiguration. Three thousand additional square feet were added for a bank tenant.

Total development of 80,000 SF

Additional 3,000-square-foot outbuilding
