THE INVESTMENT STORY

The Beutler Building – originally constructed in 1955 and acquired in April 2012 by Austin Lawrence Partners – is an existing, twelve-unit apartment building on a 20,000 square-foot lot in downtown Coeur D’Alene, Idaho.
